Superchips 3950 Review: Superchips 3950 Cortex Programmer. The additional performance of the 91 Octane tune (was running 87 Octane fuel) is unbelievable. all the throttle delay is gone in my 2006 Dodge Ram 5.7 HEMI and the shift points are very agressive. I just returned to the Economy XS today and am still trying it out but so far it seems great too..
