Cold Steel 37S Review: Cold Steel San Mai Recon Scout Kraton Handle (Cordura Sheath). I took this knife to a professional knife sharpener that I know, and he said that this knife had such a perfect "japanese" factory edge on it, that he didn't need to mess with it. He also said that it is one of the nicest knines that he has ever seen. The particular edge that the knife has is perfect for cutting fish and and other types of meats.
