Order a second one, used it once and on the second time the motor stopped. Once again Amazon was great and issued a UPS return and refunded my money. POOR PRODUCT QUALITY, but GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE by Amazon. I order a Breville juice from Amazon that was about $30 dollars more and it is an excellent juicer.
