Romano Martegani REGGIO Review: Romano Martegani Men's Reggio Derby. The Martegani Reggio shoe is a great addition to my shoe collection. It is a blucher style (open lacing of shoe tongue) that can easily go with fine suits and sport coats to casual dress. It is constructed on a 7Y Last which is a more sleek chiesled style (a bit more narrow).
